Jaime & Brandon - Martha's Vineyard Wedding

I visited Martha's Vineyard for the second time ever this summer to meet up with Jaime and Brandon and photograph their wedding on the beach in Vineyard Haven. Jaime and Brandon planned an intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest family with a larger reception to follow after their honeymoon. Although it threatened rain throughout the day, the showers held off through the ceremony, and by the time we arrived in Edgartown for formal portraits the sun was sun-shiny and blue. For this wedding, I had the particular treat of being accompanied by my husband Mark who is not only great at navigating around the island and helping to carry my gear, but also captured some wonderful shots including a couple of my favorites shown below. I'm looking forward more fun times with Jaime, Brandon and their families at the reception and to adding some more photos soon.

Kuan-Yin & John - Westford Regency Wedding

I made quite a little trip down memory lane two weeks ago on a rainy but wonderful Saturday for the wedding of Kuan-Yin and John. The day began at Saint Thomas of Villanova Parish in Wilmington, which was my grandmother's Church for many years. Then it was off to the good ol' Westford Regency, site my of senior prom. I even  got to re-live a little bit of my own wedding when Kuan-Yin and her father danced to "In My Life" by the Beatles, just as I did with my own dad several years ago.

It was such a joy photographing Kuan-Yin and John along with their friends and families. Both were so funny, kind and welcoming. Mallory, our coordinator at the Westford Regency was incredibly sweet and helpful, and DJ Mark Simpson kept the dance floor full all night. Kuan-Yin and John, I am so glad I had the chance to meet you and to be a part of your wedding. I wish you years and years of love and laughter together. Thank you so much for including me in your big day!

Colleen & Leonardo's J.P. Wedding

It was such an honor to be a part of Colleen and Leonardo's wedding at Bella Luna last weekend in J.P. I met up with Colleen and her bridesmaids bright and early Saturday morning at the Samuel Sewall Inn in Brookline for hair, make-up and some quick shots of the guys getting ready. From there it was off to Bella Luna for a quick ceremony, photos at Jamaica Pond, and back to Bella Luna for a delightful gathering of closest friends and family. Colleen and Leo, you are a wonderful couple, and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness together! Thank you so much for including me in your special day!
